Dyffryn Gardens Engagement photos
Early in March I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Sarah and David for their pre wedding portraits. The weather was excellent and Spring was certainly in the air.
Dyffryn Gardens, situated just to the West of Cardiff are magnificent Edwardian gardens overlooked by a beautiful mansion house which is currently being renovated by the National Trust who run the site.
Dyffryn Gardens covers more than 55 acres featuring an amazing collection of intimate garden rooms including a rose garden, Pompeian garden and several ponds. There is a woodland area and a large glass house featuring lots of Cacti. It really is an awesome place for a day out and even better for your Dyffryn Gardens engagement photos. Oh, and there is a lovely cafe, a park for the kids and plenty of parking.
Wedding photographers South Wales are extremely lucky with outstanding locations such as these. I have written previously about the benefits of having a pre wedding, or engagement portrait session. you can see from these images that Sarah and David had a great time and also made it a family occasion with their Son getting involved as well. What a fantastic investment for them and of course they get to keep these memories stored in their photographs forever.
I usually suggest an engagement portrait session to couples who are in the process of confirming their booking with me. I also want to encourage couples still looking for their ideal Cardiff wedding photographer or South Wales wedding photographer to book a session. The experience is fun and relaxed and you get a wonderful set of images.
